The shipping costs depend on the shipping method. If the products can be sent in an envelope, the shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment. Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us. Exchange or return is no problem with us as long as you have not used the item. We use the legal regulations regarding returns. With a return you will receive the purchase amount back including the shipping costs that we have paid to deliver the product to you.
